AAA is an owner-operated specialist blocked-drain service. Services may include basic blockage clearing, electric eel drain clearing, high-pressure drain jetting, CCTV drain inspection, electronic locating and appropriate drain treatment where suitable. AAA does not advertise excavation, pipe replacement or structural drain repair as an in-house service. Repair work may be referred for separate third-party quotation.
AAA services Logan, Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast subject to travel distance, workload and availability. Standard advertised hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm excluding public holidays. AAA does not promise 24/7 availability, a one-hour response or guaranteed same-day attendance.
Unless otherwise stated, advertised prices include GST. Standard advertised service pricing applies within 30 km one-way driving distance of Carbrook QLD 4130. Over 30-50 km attracts a $50 travel charge; over 50-70 km attracts a $100 travel charge; beyond 70 km is priced before booking and subject to availability. Travel charges apply per attendance and may apply in addition to after-hours charges.
The applicable initial service charge plus applicable travel/after-hours charge is payable before work begins. It covers the call-out, equipment and included service period stated for the selected service. It is an initial service charge, not a deposit. If additional time, an approved add-on or escalation to a higher equipment level is required, AAA will explain the additional charge before proceeding where reasonably possible. Amounts already paid are credited toward an upgraded service level. Any remaining authorised balance is payable immediately on completion.
More than 24 hours before the appointment: no fee. Within 24 hours before AAA commences travel: $75. After AAA commences travel: $125. If AAA arrives and cannot gain access, the customer is unavailable or the customer cancels on arrival: $200. These fees are alternatives and are not stacked. No customer cancellation fee applies if AAA cancels. AAA may waive/reduce a fee for genuine exceptional circumstances.
Clearing a blockage restores or improves flow but does not necessarily repair an underlying cause. Roots, damaged joints, collapsed pipe, poor fall, grease, wipes, foreign objects, sediment and other conditions can cause recurrence. AAA does not represent that a cleared drain will never block again.
CCTV is diagnostic and may be limited by standing water, contamination, bends, restricted access, pipe damage or obstruction. Electronic locating provides an indicated camera/defect position and does not replace required underground-service locating or excavation safety procedures.
Customers should provide accurate information about the problem and access. Customers must tell AAA before work begins if caustic drain cleaner, acid, chemicals or other substances have been put into the affected drain.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
AAA grants a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Site for its intended purpose. Users must not unlawfully interfere with the Site, compromise security, infringe rights, upload malicious code or reproduce/commercially exploit Site content without permission except where permitted by law.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking, attendance time or acceptance of work. AAA must confirm availability and the applicable service arrangement.
AAA is not responsible for third-party websites. If AAA assists a customer to seek a repair quote, the third-party contractor is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, quotation, workmanship, terms and services.
AAA does not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful code. Any limitation or exclusion operates only to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not limit non-excludable rights.
Personal information collected through the Site is handled in accordance with AAA’s Privacy Policy.
The parties should attempt in good faith to resolve disputes before litigation where reasonable. These Terms are governed by Queensland law, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
AAA may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Site. The Last updated date should be changed when the Terms are materially revised.
