Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. Standard prices assume ordinary residential access and ordinary working conditions.
AAA charges according to the level of equipment ultimately required. Any amount already paid is credited toward the higher service level.

If both eel and jetter are required, or the job becomes a more involved clearing/diagnostic job, the $750 Clear & Diagnose package may be used where appropriate rather than stacking separate full first-hour service prices.

The after-hours surcharge applies to the initial service charge. Additional equipment time remains at the standard additional-time rate unless another price is agreed before proceeding. After-hours attendance is subject to availability.

Travel is based on normal one-way driving distance from Carbrook QLD 4130 to the service address using a mainstream mapping service at or around the time of booking. The travel surcharge applies once per attendance and can apply in addition to an after-hours surcharge.

These cancellation/no-access fees are alternatives and do not stack. No customer cancellation fee applies if AAA cancels the booking. AAA may waive or reduce a fee in genuine exceptional circumstances.
The applicable initial service charge, plus any applicable travel or after-hours surcharge, is payable before work begins. This covers the call-out, equipment and included service period shown for that service. If additional time, a higher equipment level or an approved add-on is required, AAA will explain the additional charge before proceeding where reasonably possible. Any amount already paid is credited toward an upgraded service level. Any remaining balance is payable immediately on completion. EFTPOS and other payment methods accepted by AAA are available.
