Standard business-hours pricing starts at $200 for basic blockage clearing including the call-out and up to the first hour. Electric eel clearing is $350 and high-pressure drain jetting is $500, each including the call-out and up to the first hour. CCTV and diagnostic options are also available. GST is included. Travel and after-hours charges may apply.
The applicable initial service charge, plus any confirmed travel or after-hours surcharge, is payable after AAA arrives and confirms the service but before physical drain-clearing work starts. Any authorised extra time, add-ons or upgrade balance is payable immediately on completion.
You do not pay two full first-hour service charges. The amount already paid is credited toward the higher equipment level. For example, if $200 basic clearing has been paid and the job needs the $350 electric eel service, the upgrade balance is $150.
The advertised service prices include the call-out and the stated included service period. AAA does not advertise a separate free or $0 call-out.

No. Clearing restores or improves flow but does not necessarily repair an underlying defect or remove every future cause. Roots, damaged joints, poor fall, grease, wipes, foreign objects, sediment and other conditions can cause a blockage to recur.
CCTV can be useful after clearing where a blockage is recurring, a structural defect is suspected, or the drain needs further diagnosis. Camera travel and visibility can be limited by standing water, bends, contamination, damage or an obstruction.
Where conditions allow, electronic locating can indicate the position of the camera head or an identified defect. It is a diagnostic aid and does not replace required underground-service locating or excavation safety procedures.
AAA does not advertise excavation, structural pipe repair or pipe replacement as an in-house service. If a defect requiring repair is identified, AAA can help the customer seek quotes from an appropriate contractor. The repair contract is separate from AAA.
Tell AAA before work begins and do not add or mix more chemicals. Caustic drain cleaner, acid or other substances can create splash, fume or exposure hazards and may change or delay the clearing method.
Yes. AAA services blocked sanitary sewer and stormwater drains, subject to access, pipe condition, travel distance and availability.
Only where the selected CCTV service includes it. CCTV added to a clearing job and some standalone inspection options do not automatically include supplied footage/report. The $500 CCTV + locate service includes supplied footage/findings.
